Skinless ray wings Flour butter capers lemon
Very lightly flour the wings and pan fried them in butter (wings don't take very long to cook (just depand how big they are) but a one portion size wing it will take about 5 minutes each side. Remove and place the wings on the plate, in the pan just had a bit more butter the capers and a bit of fresh lemon juice.
