Very lightly flour the wings and pan fried them in butter (wings don't take very long to cook (just depand how big they are) but a one portion size wing it will take about 5 minutes each side.
Remove and place the wings on the plate, in the pan just had a bit more butter the capers and a bit of fresh lemon juice.

And now enjoy just like i do !!!! ;) ;)
